Menu planning includes usage of healthier/upscale ingredients such as wild or brown rice blends, sweet potatoes or yams, whole wheat or spinach pastas, chicken or turkey sausages using miscellaneous stuffings, i.e., sun-dried tomato, broccoli rabe, cilantro, etc.

Service plans increase with the use of organics and any labor-intensive, medically-restrictive diet.
