I am a personal chef who can solve the dilemma,
"What's for dinner and who’s going to prepare it?” I have prepared meals for people who have had to surrender their independence, for people “sandwiched” by caring for their parents and caring for their children at the same time, for very busy professionals who love to cook, yet have no time, for people on special diets, and simply; I have prepared meals for people who just need the free time back in their lives.
I am a life-long resident of New Jersey and I have had a passion for food since my childhood. In fact, neighbors from all around often came by for my locally-famous barbequed chicken. My interest in food led me to attend and graduate from the Technical Institute for Culinary Arts/Restaurant Operations in June 1999 while also acquiring my food handler’s certification.
While starting at entry level in the food service industry during my culinary training, within months, I became Chef Manager and within two years, I became Executive Chef at a local country club.
I currently work full-time as a Certified Personal Chef.
