Fruity Relish: In a bowl combine blueberries, watermelon, tomatoes, onions, all peppers, basil and 2 Tablespoons orange juice, mix well and refrigerate.
In shallow bowl, mix 3 tablespoons orange zest, 1 tablespoon lime zest, remaining juice of orange and lime, olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper. Marinate swordfish on both sides for 5 minutes.
Spray grill racks with cooking spray and heat grill to medium-high for 5 minutes. Grill swordfish for 2 minutes, brushing on marinade, turn 180 degrees on same side and grill 2 minutes. Flip swordfish, baste with marinade and grill 2 minutes, baste, turn 180-degrees and grill 2 minutes. Turn swordfish one more time, baste and grill 2 minutes.
Remove swordfish to plates and spoon fruity relish on top.
